Is Vowly really free?
Yes. The Free plan stays free forever for up to 25 guests on six starter themes. You only upgrade when you outgrow it — and every paid plan is a one-time payment per wedding, no subscriptions.
Can guests RSVP from WhatsApp?
Yes — your invitation link unfurls into a rich preview in WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram and Instagram DM. Guests tap, RSVP on the mobile-first page, and you get the answer instantly.
Does Vowly work for destination weddings?
Especially well. Multi-event RSVPs, travel notes, multi-location maps, and per-event check-in are built for Como, Tulum, Marrakech, Mykonos, Bali, and beyond. The Destination plan unlocks unlimited guests.
Can I customize colors, fonts, and sections?
Yes. Each of the 20 themes is fully customizable — primary color, accent, font pairing, section visibility, photos. Switch themes any time without losing your content.
How does QR check-in work?
Each guest gets a unique invite link with a personal QR. On the wedding day, your planner scans QRs at the door (or searches by name) — the dashboard updates in real time.
What about cultural and multi-day events?
Vowly ships with 40+ event-type presets including mehndi, nikah, sangeet, henna gecesi, tea ceremony, walima, welcome dinner, rehearsal, brunch — and you can invent your own custom events with custom names.
Will my wedding page get a custom domain?
Your page lives at vowly.mindie.dev/w/your-couple-slug by default. Custom domain (yourwedding.com) is available on the Premium plan upward.
Can I export my data?
Yes — your full guest list, RSVPs, answers and check-in log can be exported to CSV any time, on any plan. Your data belongs to you.
