Vowly vs Aisle Planner

Vowly vs Aisle Planner — for planners.

Aisle Planner is a planner CRM — contracts, BEOs, timelines, vendor lists, internal task boards. Vowly is the branded couple-side guest experience: invitation, RSVP, guest list, QR check-in, photo wall. Most planners use both. This page explains where each one wins so you keep the right tool for each job.

Questions couples ask

Good to know

Do I have to give up Aisle Planner?

No — they solve different problems. Most planners on Vowly keep Aisle Planner for vendor management, contracts, and internal timelines, and use Vowly for the part the couple touches (invitation, RSVP, guest list, QR check-in). The two systems do not need to talk to each other; the couple is the bridge.

Can my couples log in once to both?

No, but most couples only ever see Vowly. Aisle Planner is your back-office; Vowly is what you hand to the couple. They never need to know Aisle Planner exists.

Will Vowly add vendor management?

Not in v1. We are explicitly the guest-experience layer, not a planner CRM. If we ever add it, it would be a thin integration with your existing CRM, not a replacement.

What does the pilot look like?

First 3 couples free, no card. Onboard them in 2 minutes — invite each one with a branded link, watch their RSVPs flow into your dashboard. If wedding three feels calmer than your old setup, subscribe at $99/month for unlimited.
