Terms of service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Welcome

These terms govern your use of Vowly. By creating an account, you agree to them. We try to keep them short and honest.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. One person per account. If your account is compromised, email us immediately so we can lock it down.

What you can publish

Your public invitation page is yours. Do not use it to deceive guests, distribute malware, or publish anything illegal. We may take down content that violates these terms after fair notice.

Plans, payments, refunds

Plans are a one-time payment per wedding. If your wedding is cancelled and you ask within 14 days of purchase, we will refund in full. After that we will work with you in good faith — we have hearts.

Cancellations

You can delete your wedding (and all data) any time from the Danger Zone. Your account stays until you ask us to remove it.

Service reliability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Sometimes things break — when they do, we work fast and keep you informed. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g. an offline page on a less critical day).

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction. Disputes go to the courts there, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
