What venues usually ask first.
Do we have to replace our existing venue management software?
No. Vowly is the guest-facing layer — it replaces the RSVP spreadsheet, the printed seating chart, and the chaotic check-in clipboard. Your booking, billing, BEO, and contracts stay where they are. See the side-by-side comparison vs Perfect Venue or vs Sonas if you want the feature-by-feature view.
Who pays — us or the couple?
During pilot we bill the venue per wedding ($39 each after the first three are free). You resell to the couple at whatever you charge for the package — typical add-on pricing is $99-$249. Post-pilot we offer monthly tiers if that fits your booking volume better.
Can we white-label so the couple doesn’t see "Vowly" at all?
On the Venue Pro tier (post-pilot) you get a white-label domain. During pilot the hub is co-branded — your logo + accent color in the header, a small "Powered by [Your Venue] with Vowly" line in the footer.
What does the couple have to do?
Click the link, pick a date, optionally fill a love story. Everything else has sensible defaults. Most couples are live within 60 seconds. If they want help, they can buy our $99 Concierge upgrade and we set up the whole hub from a 5-minute brief.
How does check-in work on event day?
Each guest gets a unique QR via their RSVP confirmation email. Your door staff opens /app/venue/check-in on a tablet, scans, and the guest is marked. STAFF members of your venue can check in any wedding hosted with you — no per-event setup.
What if a couple is already on Vowly and books with us?
Either side can link them — they sign in, you attribute via dashboard. The wedding gets your branding from that point forward. Couple keeps content ownership; venue gets dashboard visibility.
