Do I have to replace Perfect Venue?
No — they are not competitors. Perfect Venue handles your bookings, BEOs, and billing. Vowly handles what the couple does with their guests after they've signed with you. Most venues run both side-by-side.
Who pays — us or the couple?
During pilot we bill the venue per wedding ($39 each after the first three are free). You resell to the couple at whatever you charge for the package — $99-$249 add-on is typical.
How does check-in work on the day?
Every guest gets a unique QR with their RSVP confirmation. Your door staff opens /app/venue/check-in on a tablet, scans, and the guest is marked. STAFF accounts of your venue can check in any wedding hosted with you — no per-event setup.
Do you integrate with Perfect Venue?
Not in v1. The two systems do not need to talk because the couple is the bridge — Perfect Venue is your booking/ops side, Vowly is the couple's guest-experience side. If a real venue with a real reason asks for an integration, we will build it.
