How does the branded onboarding link work?
You get a /p/<your-slug>/start URL — share it in email signatures, your booking confirmation, or DMs. Couples land on a branded page with your name and logo, register, and their wedding is automatically attributed to your dashboard. You can also retroactively attribute an existing wedding by entering the couple's email.
Are you a project management tool?
No, on purpose. We don't do timelines, vendor management, contracts, or budgets — your existing PM tool keeps those. Vowly is the guest-facing layer: invitation hub, RSVPs, guest list, seating, check-in, photo wall. The couple's side, branded by you. Who pays — me or the couple?
You pay the planner subscription. Couples might still upgrade their own hub to Premium for things like custom domain or unlimited photos — that's billed to them. Most agencies bundle "branded Vowly hub" into their service package and never let the couple see Vowly's individual pricing.
What happens to my pilot weddings if I don't subscribe?
They keep working — couples never get cut off. Past the 3-wedding pilot cap, new couples land on Vowly's standard onboarding (not attributed to your dashboard) but their wedding hub still functions normally. Subscribe and new couples flow back to you.
Can my staff use the dashboard too?
Yes — invite OWNER and STAFF seats from /app/planner/team. STAFF members can manage weddings, send nudges, and add internal notes. Only OWNERs can change branding or billing.
What if a couple already has a Vowly account?
Add their email from your dashboard and they'll be attributed retroactively (provided your pilot cap isn't full). Their existing content stays exactly as is — only the planner attribution changes.
